The fastest game, getting faster!
Skating is the most important skill for improving overall success in all skating sports. The impact of proper skate sharpening to achieve superior performance has been widely overlooked.
By eliminating sharpening errors and adding high tech precision, ice hockey players and figure skaters, can make significant progress in their skating performance. With the new emphasis on speed, agility and skills, ProSharp technology allows you to profile and sharpen your skates maximizing control, acceleration and speed.
We are interested in making skate sharpening easier, faster and better, every time. ProSharp wants everyone to get the best possible performance from their skates regardless of whether they are playing hockey or doing triple toe loops.
We delivered our first machines in 1986 and all still serving skaters 24 years later. This achievement has only been possible through our dedication to quality, from components to service, and genuine interest in research and development.
At ProSharp we listen, learn and lead. ProSharp cooperate with skate manufacturers, ergonomic experts, skating instructors as well as equipment managers and players. We aim to educate the market and you are always welcome with your input.
Like every skater, regardless of skill, style or sport we work hard to become better and better.

"Wihelm Jonasson Lillback, born 1836 in Kosko Village — Finland.
Wilhelm and his family were famous in Finland for skilled and precision
craftsmanship when he worked as a gun smith. One cold winter in more
peaceful times he made his own skates and skated 370 km across the sea to
Sweden. Landed in Sweden Wilhelm become a reputable guru as a lock smith
and boat builder. The tradition of quality and innovations followed generations
to come by his son Jonas Alfred and later on his grandson Rune Eriksson.
Year 1984 Rune Eriksson who was an automation engineer and could not find
a decent precision sharpening for his sons hockey skates in
Njurunda, (the same club that fostered the Stanley Cup Champions Henrik
Zetterberg and Fredrik Modin) so he invented the AS 2001 a forerunner of the
